Through stories, discussions, games, role-play, and creative reflection, participants will learn practical skills they can use in everyday interactions at home, school, and with friends.

Testimonials

Before this workshop, aggressive reactions seemed best to me, especially in school. But now, I have realised that tackling things in an assertive manner can also be an option depending upon the situation and place.

We got to express how we felt in different situations. We also saw how others react to different situations. I loved showing my feelings in a creative way.

My daughter has understood how she can manage emotions. She mentions in many situations how we shouldn't be hassled or stressed.

Frequently asked

Children often need emotional vocabulary and a safe, non-judgmental space before they can express what they feel. This workshop helps them recognise, name, and communicate emotions with greater confidence.

Children cannot regulate emotions they don't understand. Through practical activities, reflection, and simple regulation strategies, they learn to pause, identify what they're experiencing, and respond more thoughtfully.

The workshop provides children with language, sentence stems, and opportunities to practise expressing their thoughts and feelings in everyday scenarios, helping them respond with greater clarity and confidence.

Children are introduced to practical tools for emotional awareness, self-reflection, perspective-taking, calming strategies, and thoughtful communication—skills they can continue using beyond the workshop.

Empathy grows when children learn to understand both their own emotions and those of others. Through stories, discussions, role-play, and collaborative activities, they practise seeing situations from different perspectives.

Over four engaging days, children will participate in games, stories, role-plays, creative expression, guided discussions, and reflective activities designed to help them understand emotions, build emotional vocabulary, communicate effectively, and develop confidence in navigating real-life social situations—all in a fun, supportive environment.
