A DOCTOR IN NEFA A Visual Diary by Col K C Kohli, 1953-1957

‘Family Histories’ is a project under the aegis of the National Photo Archive Foundation, to seek, digitize and preserve family archives.  In this first exhibition of the series, The Foundation, presents the photographs taken by Col KC Kohli, Army Medical Corps, now retired.  The photographs provide a visual account of his four years, from 1953 – 1957, when he served as the doctor for 7 Assam Rifles in NEFA (North East Frontier Agency), now Arunachal Pradesh.  The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue.
